Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and w88cric ("Platform"). By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required not to use the w88cric platform. The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on this website, and continued use of the platform after such changes is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

w88cric services are offered only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration.
• Not listed on the self-exclusion register of any gambling regulatory body.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any one time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts along with forfeiture of existing balances.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account cancellation and suspension of any pending withdrawals.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. w88cric will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

• Do not share your account password with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password that is not used on other sites.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

w88cric reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time before processing withdrawals or any changes to account information. This process is a standard security measure to protect your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The w88cric platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

General conditions applicable to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto payments, which are determined at the current rate.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or method used for the deposit, subject to the platform's security checks.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by w88cric are subject to the specified wagering requirements and time limits. The w88cric welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

Pre-set calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

Additional conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Each user is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• w88cric reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity or suspected promotion abuse is detected.
• Promotion terms may be changed or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

w88cric users are required to conduct themselves in a fair and responsible manner while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location or deceive the platform's security systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any balance in the account, and appropriate legal action where necessary.

Responsible Gambling

w88cric is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools and resources that allow users to manage their gambling habits, including:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Access to external support resources for gambling-related issues.

Limitation of Liability

w88cric will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system failures beyond the platform's control.
• Data loss resulting from unforeseen technical failures.
• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.

The platform's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding balances and wagering requirements have been settled.

w88cric reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Serious or repeated breach of the terms & conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The w88cric platform operates under international licensing. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through a negotiation process between the user and the platform.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration under the relevant licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The Malay language version of this document is the official version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the original, the Malay language version shall prevail.
